The Center for Fiction / Susan Kamil Emerging Writer Fellowships
Every year nine New York City-based emerging writers receive a grant that includes $5,000; space and time to write in our writers studio; opportunities to meet agents; and more.

First Novel Prize
The Center for Fiction First Novel Prize is awarded to the best debut novel of the year. The winner receives a $15,000 prize and each finalist receives $1,000.
