Our second floor terrace is the perfect spot for a socially distanced space rental! The terrace is a safe and private outdoor space with tables and seating—useful for hosting socially distanced meetings, small events, book clubs, training sessions, and more!

We are happy to consider requests for indoor space rentals. The Center offers a variety of rooms to rent throughout our building for all types of events from formal lectures to reading groups and company retreats. At this time, we are taking extensive measures to ensure the safety of all who enter The Center and indoor space rentals will be limited to small groups of people. All persons who enter the building must wear a mask for the duration of the space rental. There will be no food or drink permitted during space rentals at this time. All of our spaces are ADA compliant.
This flexible space can host seated events for 140 in a lecture hall format, or it can adapt for smaller groups.
It comes with state of the art audio capabilities including a Mackie DL32R mixer for precise amplification. A Planar VCS Video Wall fills the wall behind the stage for film screenings, presentations and video conferencing. Recording equipment is available upon request.
The stage adjusts to various heights and can be arranged as bleachers for additional seating options. Our stylish and comfortable black chairs are available with or without arms, and four large conference-style tables are free for use. There is also a mobile lectern.
All of our spaces are ADA compliant, but the auditorium, located on our first floor near our cafe and bookstore, also comes equipped with a hearing loop.
The adjacent café space may also be rented with the auditorium.
The Members Lounge
The Members Lounge
Our intimate Members Lounge is a lovely space for a cocktail party, wedding, office retreat, or meeting. The Members Lounge is located on our quiet second floor and can be divided by a built-in glass partition with a conference table with room for 12 at one end of the space, while the other area features a cozy living room area with a custom divan.
The room also includes a ceiling-mounted screen, built-in speakers and sound system.
The Members Lounge may be rented in conjunction with the entire second floor for larger events, and with our outdoor terrace during warmer months.
The Center offers a variety of meeting rooms on our quiet second floor to rent for small gatherings. Each of our rooms has a conference table & chairs, Wi-Fi, and A/C. Refreshments are permitted in the spaces. White boards, easels, and other presentation materials are also available upon request. Our largest room seats 14 around a conference table, but can accommodate a few more guests if necessary. The other spaces seat 10.
