November 6, 2019

A reflection on the late Glenn O’Brien’s particular genius as a cultural critic, whose witty observations and advice on art, fashion, entertaining, and the quotidian parts of life will endure for decades to come. O’Brien’s Intelligence for Dummies: A Portrait is the first title from the newly launched ZE Books, which creates literary mix-tapes from visionary writers, artists, and musicians. The panelists were Alix Browne, editorial director at The RealReal, David  O. Colman, sculptor and the New York Times style columnist, Michael Hainey, former deputy editor of GQ and author of After Visiting Friends, and Kim Hastreiter, co-founder of Paper magazine.
