I’ve registered, how do I view the event?
You will receive an email from The Center for Fiction with a link to the livestream prior to the event. At the time of the event, click the link to attend!

I don’t see the email, what do I do?
Please check your spam folder! If it’s not there, try registering with a different email address. (And remember, any typos in your email address will prevent you from receiving the link!)

Why do you request my billing information for a free event registration?
We collect your name, phone number, email, and billing address for every registration as a security measure against unwanted intrusions during our events, which often feature interactive elements like an audience chat sidebar.

I registered with a book purchase. When will I receive my shipment?
Books purchased for events will begin shipping out the day after the event, unless otherwise noted. Please allow 1-3 weeks after the event for your book(s) to arrive. If you have any questions about a shipment, please email [email protected].

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! At checkout, please enter your shipping address and choose International Shipping. Books shipped internationally may take 2-5 weeks after the event to arrive. If you have any questions about international shipping, please email [email protected].

I have a conflict at the time of your event, are recordings available to view after the fact?
The majority of our events are recorded. Recordings are posted here at the end of each season.
