I’ve registered, how do I attend the event?
A link is included in your order confirmation email. You will also receive a second email from The Center for Fiction via Zoom with a unique link. At the time of the event, click either link to attend! You will also receive a day-of reminder with your link.

I don’t see one or both of the confirmation emails, what do I do?
Please check your spam folder! If it’s not there, try registering with a different email address. (And remember, any¬†typos in your email address will prevent you from receiving the link!)

Why do you request my billing information for a free event registration?
We collect your name, phone number, email, and billing address for every registration as a security measure against unwanted intrusions during our events, which feature interactive elements like the audience chat sidebar.

I registered with a book purchase. When will I receive my shipment?
Books purchased for events will begin shipping out the day after the event, unless otherwise noted. Please allow 1-3 weeks after the event for your book(s) to arrive. If you have any questions about a shipment, please email books@centerforfiction.org.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! At checkout, please enter your shipping address and choose International Shipping. Books shipped internationally may take 2-5 weeks after the event to arrive. If you have any questions about international shipping, please email books@centerforfiction.org.

I have a conflict at the time of your event, are recordings available to view after the fact?
The majority of our events are recorded. Recordings are posted here within two weeks of the event.
