International Dublin Literary Award-winning novelist Kevin Barry joins us to celebrate his highly-anticipated new novel Night Boat to Tangier, longlisted for the 2019 Man Booker Prize. Featuring bad guys specializing in a patter full of cryptic dialogue and oblique genial danger, this is a novel drenched in sex, death, and narcotics, in sudden violence and old magic, and obsessed with the mysteries of love. Beloved Irish poet Paul Muldoon will join Kevin in conversation. Reception and signing to follow.
