    Carolyn Murnick is the author of The Hot One: A Memoir of Friendship, Sex and Murder. A veteran magazine editor, she has contributed to several anthologies, delivered a TedX Talk, “How Crime Shows Undermine Your Empathy,” and received the Emerging Writer Fellowship from the Aspen Institute in 2014. She currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.

    Deborah Copaken is the New York Times best-selling author of Shutterbabe, Hell is Other ParentsBetween Here and April, The Red Book, and The ABCs of Adulthood. She is a former award-winning war photographer, an Emmy-winning producer and a columnist at the Financial Times, the Observer and the Atlantic. She is currently a staff writer on Darren Star’s new show, “Emily in Paris.” Her upcoming memoir Ladyparts comes out in 2021. She wrote the essay in the Modern Love column and anthology called, “When Cupid is a Prying Journalist,” in November 2015. Catherine Keener plays her in the show on Amazon!

    Lauren Mechling is the author of How Could She, a novel. A former reporter at the New York Sun and features editor at the Wall Street Journal, Lauren has written for the New York Times, Vogue (where she was a Contributing Editor), and the New Yorker online. She is a young adult novelist and the founder of #cloglife. A graduate of Harvard College, she lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children.

    Zibby Owens is the creator and host of award-winning literary podcast, “Moms Don’t Have Time to Read Books,” in which she interviews multiple authors each week about their work for busy people (like moms!) who might not have time to read it. A mother of four and a writer herself, Zibby has contributed to Parents, Family Circle, Marie Claire, Redbook, Scary Mommy, the New York Times online and many other publications. She currently lives in Manhattan with her husband, Kyle Owens of Morning Moon Productions, and her children.
