We're bringing our Crime Fiction students center-stage as they read from the stories and novels they've worked on this spring and fall in the Crime Fiction Academy. Workshop leader Alison Gaylin will host the event which includes readings, drinks, and a reception with the authors.

The Crime Fiction Academy made its debut in mid-February 2012. Students are taught by successful practitioners of the genre, and classes take place in The Center for Fiction. Every writer enrolled in CFA attends a 12-week writing workshop (divided up into two six-week sessions), plus master classes with experts in the field.

This Fall we’re hosting CFA Master Classes with Colin Harrison and Caleb Carr, in addition to an event exploring the Literary Spy Novel with Paul Vidich and Joseph Kanon.
